Lewis University, founded in 1932 has a complex yet exciting Catholic and Lasallian history. Lewis was first started of in 1932 as a school names “Lewis Holy Name School” named after Frank J. Lewis. Then with the folds of time, the school with it`s successive credentials earned the name of Lewis University in 1973.
